Q + A

ACCOMODATION RECOMMENDATIONS

While we've shared a few recommended accommodations below, West Bay, Roatán offers a variety of options across a range of price points. We encourage you to explore additional options that best fit your preferences—Airbnb and VRBO are also great alternatives. Once you find an option that feels right, we suggest securing your reservation early, as availability tends to fill quickly.Note: Book accommodations only in West Bay or West End. Any other location, such as Coxen Hole or French Harbor will be long commutes (30 min. - 1 hour).

flying

CM AirlinesWebsite: https://www.cmairlines.com From the USAOption 1 Roatán's airport is Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport (RTB), located in Coxen Hole. Depending on the season, several US cities offer direct flights to Roatán: Miami (MIA) – American Airlines Houston (IAH) – United Airlines Atlanta (ATL) – Delta Airlines Dallas (DFW) – American Airlines / United Airlines (seasonal) Denver (DEN) – United Airlines (seasonal) The fastest and most convenient option. We recommend booking in advance, as direct flights can fill up during peak season. Option 2 If you can't find a direct flight, another easy option is to fly first to a major Honduran city: San Pedro Sula (SAP) Tegucigalpa (TGU) La Ceiba (LCE) From there, take a short domestic flight to Roatán with local airlines like CM Airlines. A good option when direct flights are unavailable.

Things to Do

Registry

Ladies! Think floor-length gown in bold, vibrant jewel tones, we want you to shine like the jewels you are! We encourage bright, tropical colors. Avoid materials such as silk and satin, which can be unforgiving in tropical, warm weather. For footwear, block heels or wedges are best suited for the wood decking, and barefoot is always welcome once the dancing begins!Gentlemen, we know you probably run hot and Roatán will not be shy about reminding you! Formalwear is welcome, but feel free to opt for breathable fabrics such as linen, cotton, and lightweight blends. Please avoid: overly casual beachwear, shorts, flip-flops, and white or ivory.
